We did a lot this summer, including having fun the backyard...

going to baseball games...

...and eating ice cream.

   Dad went to his 25th high school reunion and saw old teachers and other familar faces.

  We hosted storytelling in our front yard!

Cameron played baseball and Katie acted in a play about Robin Hood.

Katie went to a sci-fi convention with Dad

  We had our friends from DC visit for the 4th of July.
At the same time severe weather downed trees in our neighborhood.

We saw lots of baseball games.
Sometimes Katie caught up on sleep.
Sometimes we ran the bases.
Sometimes we saw friends at rainouts!

Katie turned 12 in August.
We had a surprise scavenger hunt party at the mall.

Cameron threw some darts and went to COSI

 

 

We attended the family reunion in Zanesville. We had a lot of fun.
The kids stayed up late eating and dancing.

 



Amazingly it is time for school to start already.
Cameron is in 3rd grade and Katie is starting 7th.
