Cameron has strabismus
(crossed eyes)
Surgery was recommended
to fix the problem
Here are pictures
from the day before surgery
and the day of surgery

The procedure took
35 minutes under general anesthesia and Cameron
was home by 10 am.
He was groggy and out of it for several hours before
perking up and playing
a bit. However he did spend most of the afternoon napping
and has only eaten
food this evening.
The redness has increased
over the course of the day and
may remain for a
week or two.
We have a follow-up
appointment in three weeks and
it will be two months
before we know if his vision has been
restored to normal
by the procedure.
